You can tell him to take the pic off if you want. I would email him and ask him where he got the pic and maybe give you props in the listing....even better ask for royaties

He has listed his eamil address there. Maybe you and some friends can all send him emails asking to be removed. Even possibly get members of this board to do it as well. I doubt he would want all the negative publicity.

Is he showing your licence plate number?

i won't sweat it, he's obviously using it to show off how nice your car is. Unless this is a big company, you probably won't get anything from a personal seller. like drewcon said, I'd be flattered

Imitation IS the sincerest form of flattery.

But to answer David's question I think some people have an issue of others making a buck off of their hard work.

IMHO the least the seller could have done is ask permisson.

You should call the seller and ask it to be removed if you don't want your car to appear there. But there's a better way... Ask him to give you 50% commission for putting your car there...

However, I would be flattered if someone put my car on ebay... That means your car is nice, and can be a model!

From a legal standpoint, he needs to ask your permission to post it. He in some ways is being deceptive and you can let ebay know that the car depicted is in fact not for sale. Also, you are not without your rights to ask him to remove the pict, pay you for the pict, or let it slide.

Ask for $1000

Per picture. Royalties, negative publicity? Geez, the kid is selling a cheap imitation for a few hundred bucks...
Anyway, probably not much you can do besides being flattered. I would be.

Btw, I think that replica Hamann add on is for Sedan rather than for coupe. Cause I believe coupe goes higher and there is slot for the grill on the factory bumper to slide in.
