ON's Pro-Complex gainer ??????
Just curious if anyone else is using this and what you think about it. I've tried ON's serious mass before and it was to thick and basically killed any appetite I had....Same thing with Mass-tech !!! The Pro-complex gainer gets most of its calories from protein and isnt a stomach filler at all....I give it a huge thumbs up if anyone is looking for a good gainer !!

no need for gainers IMO.. they are a waste of money. what do you get like 4 servings a tub?
homemade gainer shake: -2 scoops ON (240 cals, 48g protein) -1 cup oats (300 cals, 54 g carbs) -2 cups skim milk (160 cals, 24 g carbs, 16 g protein) -2 tbsp. natural PB (210 cals, 16g fat, 8 g protein) -ice if you like it 910 cals and all from the best ingredients. it doesnt take a huge hit on how much protein powder you have left either. and if you really want to go crazy add a third scoop of ON, and a half cup more of the oats and milk. hell, throw a banana in there with it!!!!!!!!!
