Just thought i'd start a little thread giving vibelights their dues. My ballast recently burnt out on my angel eyes. I ordered 2 replacements from them, got to me in a speedy manner from across the country (3 days STANDARD USPS, cali to florida) and work great.

+1 for vibelights

do the ballasts get hot? I put 2 of the vibelight ballasts on my jlevi ddes and they get very hot, not sure an exact temperature but after a few minutes of the DDEs being on they are hot to the touch, is this normal? I unplugged my fuse and was waiting to confirm that this is normal!

They shipped fast, like you said, and the price is right, sick of spending all this money on angel eyes that end up breaking, i wish the sponsors would actually spend time improving the product and stop the marketing bs. No matter what you spend, 60 on ebay, or 250 from jlevi, the angel eyes are not bullet proof and have a handful of common problems, ballasts blowing, wires melting, one side going out, rings breaking...

I have gotten mine from that site as far they have lasted me longer then the ones our sponsors have....

Are they suppose to get hot???

Yes its normal that they heat up...but not too hot....if one ballast gets bad its recommended to changed both at the same time with the same brand of ballast.
