Angel Eye Problem

i need some help, my chromiums only turn on one side. if i play around with the wiring harness the other side will turn on, but the other side will be off.. when i noticed it for the first time, opened up the hood and, i found the wireing harnes the part with the fuse must have got loose cause i tape it down, it was very close to the enigne bay.. so im thinking its the harness or the fuse that got messed up from the heat.. can anyone help me out??
