Trying to trouble shoot Angel Eyes.

So i bought my car about a year ago and the angel eyes were not working on it. I recently tried to figure out what was wrong with them and came to the conclusion that the ballasts were bad. i got the ballasts from vibelights and the lights still dont work.

Im trying to tests the wires so i need to know some specs:
-How much power is needed to run a single angel eye?
-How much power is the ballsts supposed to be taking in...and how much power is it supposed to be putting out?

I know my fuse is good.....im not sure about the relay, not really familiar with it.

yeah..umnitza. I need to know what kind of power is needed to direct connect the lights. So i can find out what is wrong.

so i just looked over all the taps and connections and there still not working. What i need to kno is how much power do the lights need to run (a single light).

I tested everything and i got 1.2 amps going into the ballasts.....but nothing coming out of them. The ballasts are brand new from vibelights.com.

Any thoughts, thanks jay

It sounds like your ballasts blew again. This could be due to a short, are you sure the wires between your rings are not touching causing an electrical short?

I GOT THEM WORKING!!!!!! So....the fuse was bad. After i changed the ballasts the fuse must have tripped, and i never thought of checking it because i checked it before and it was good. Ill post some pics tomorrow. They look really nice. BTW i put a 5 amp fuse, it that ok?
