Is there a way to add a mon/w nav and retain stock system?

I was thinking about adding a monitor where the storeage compartments are and hooking nav up to it. Is this possible, and if so what systems should I look at?

You sure can. All you need is the LCD and NAV. Most (I think all) brands let you get just the NAV and an LCD to display it. Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine are just a few brands off the top of my head that would work. E-mail me or IM me if u need any help.
