E46 330cd M Sport 2004 Front Led Side Lights ???

I have a E46 330CD M Sport 2004, i was gonna change my front side lights to Led but this throws up a fault, do i need built in resistor Led sidelights (501) ???
Just checkin before i purchase the bulbs !!!!

If it throws up a warning for this type of bulb then i would think you would need to add a resister.

you'll need to tap a resistor to the wires inorder to make it work. a built all LEDs have built in resistors, but it's not going to big enough to make the warning go away. and for the sides, you can't change them. they are already LEDs.
