99 328i Angel Eyes problem - need help!!
Hey everyone, this is my first post in e46fanatics so have mercy. ha. I recently purchased clear/euro headlights off Ebay for my 99 328i. The lights are from XRteam Xtreme Racing Team...don't know if this helps. During the installation I noticed there was no place to connect the angel eyes (they are built into the unit) to my car. Do they need to just be spliced into the running lights/turn signal wires? The connector coming from the headlight unit is the same type of connector used to plug in the low and high beams.
Any information or advice would be extremely helpful since I am driving around without angel eyes! ![]() Thanks ahead of time!!!!! |

I am not familiar with their specific product but from my experience with ebay headlights, they come with little 194 halogen based bulbs that are wired into bezels to light the rings. These have a black plastic connector coming out the back that you will cut off and splice into a 12v power source to power the rings. Usually people either do the fog lights or the parking lights but for the latter, you have to run wiring to the rear parking lights as the front ones are not separated from the turn signal.
