Prolumen 9006 HID Install Help

Ok I just got a set of Prolumen 9006 6000k HID Kit from umnitza and need a little help. I've been searching for diy but the ones I found don't appear to have the same wires.

Here's a picture of what i'm working with:

Now I'm assuming the Ballast wires all plug into the bulb but then where does the plug that comes off the light go? (the one marked with the arrow)

No I need help too! lol I just got my kit from Khoalty and it looks exactly the same, but I don't understand the directions

Ok so here's a pic below...and this is for my fogs btw...so do the REDs plug into each other and do the GREENs plug into each other? Then does the wiring from the car plug into the BLUE? Then what are the ORANGE wires for?

those wires you take off the bulb, they can be used as extensions to extend the power wire from your stock headlight to the ballast if you want. some cars need that extension so you can mount the ballast
