Changing Sidelights And Headlights Help Please
hi, i have purchased a set of new sidelight bulbs and headlight zenon hid bulbs ( a kit 6000k one) and i need help installing them lol. i had a quick look at the sidelights and i took the plug off but wasnt sure how toget the bulb out, is it a twist and pull or something else? also, how hard a job is it fitting these zenon headlights? looking at it i reckon the harder of the jobs will be the sidelights? i hope someone can help lol.

Hey Ryan,
For the sidemarker bulb, you need to twist the plastic piece and pull out. The headlights are a very simple direct swap. You can follow this guide to remove the lower painted trim and corner housings: http://www.fastm.com/m3/angeleyes.html You will then have access to the 5 bolts that hold in the headlight- 2 on top, and 3 on the bottom of the headlight inside the engine bay. Once you unbolt those, slide out the old headlight and slide in the new one. |
