Access to oil drain plug for 02 325XiT?

Anyone know where the drain plug is on this model? There are two major plates that cover the oil pan and I don't see an access door like I have seen on earlier E46's. I am thinking the drain plug must be above the rear most plate. Anyone do this yet?

on my 330xi i have 3 plates and the middle plate is the one remove to get to the drain plug, there is no access door on mine either, i think the plate only has like 4 or 6 screws in it.
