Just put Diamond m series 6"ers back there myself. Have to make a custom mounting ring and take out the baffle pods that were there for the stock speakers.

how come you had to make a custom baffle? The 6" was too small? what is a baffle pod? I am thinkin of putting some Kickers back here, my Diamond Audio Dealer can not deliver anymore.

You have to make a custom mounting ring/baffle because the holes on the speaker don't match up with the stock speaker's tabs (just like you ran into with the fronts).
The baffle pods are cups with sound absorbing material glued to the inside. You'll see them when you open it up. The diamonds were too deep to keep those in but once they're out they fit perfectly. You can actually just sit them right in there. I made the ring so they wouldn't be bouncing around.
6 1/2"s should work fine.
