I don't think so, but I've been wanting to try it out myself (long facelift trim piece on my prefacelift sedan trunk)

Hi guys, sorry, NEW to this site, just wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get a replica rear M3 look a like bumper with the diffuser like the genuine M3's with the Quad exhaust gaps (2 gaps) bearing in mind this is for a non-M3 but to go onto BMW 318Ci 2000 X. This is my Project M3. I know the parts like skirts and mirrors fit exactly, but, the front and rear genuine M3 bumpers dont fit, guess what? I realised after purchasing the orignals. GUTTED or what!!! lol OEM plastic is what I was after, not fibre glass etc . . .

m3 bumper and exhaust (rear)
hi,
just wanted to let you know that it is possible to fit and original m3 rear bumper on there. you have to modify the brackets and push the bumper in a little bit unless you want to flare your fenders. check out the pics on my 330ci. you cant even notice any difference.

i see a big gap from the fender to the bumper...it would look worse on a lighter colored car too.
and what is with the M3 badge?

gap
the gap is not that noticable. well maybe on a black car its not. i agree with you on that one. i'll take closer pics and post it on here tomorrow or so.
the m3 badge.... i bought a whole trunk lid from an m3, so the m3 badge came with it. dont know if to keep it or put my 330ci on? what do you guys think?

close up pics of gap
here are the close up pics. my finger fits it. but the bumper goes up under the panel so its not like an open hole there. the panel is like an overlay. probably will be a prob on a light color car.

trunk lid
well, i had some holes in mine, cuzz the previous owner had a spoiler in it. and i didnt want to pay the shop crazy amount. so i bought this lid with the m3 rear lip spoiler, the bad and everything, same color as mine for 150. it was a good deal.

not bad - again, I would have to see it on a lighter colored car...
that is the great thing about dark colors, body definition can get lost and hide small issues....or REALLY bring them out (such as dents) Good deal on the trunk and about the same cost as buying the OEM m3 spoiler - good deal

m3 muffler
i also wanted to add that this thread is missing about the muffler addon. dont forget that you have to move your charcoal canister to a different spot under your car and also the m3 tubes are wider than 330, so the shop will have to do a custom tubing job for you which will cost a good amount. so dont be counting on just the 300 quoted in the beginning of the thread. its gonna be way more than that.
ps. also, on the left side the wheel well will have to be either modified or removed in order to fit the stock m3 exhaust.
