ACS Pedals, and Metric bits

Hey everyone,
I got the ACS pedals for my ///M3 and they require REALLY SMALL metric drill bits, and M3 thread cutter/tap. I went to Sears, and they didn't have anything. Do you guys know where I could get this?

Also, do you have any tips for the install?
