clear bumper reflectors

I got mine from Bimmer Toys(Turner Motor Sports)they were junk, the right one went in with out any problems, the left one didn't come close to fitting so I had alot of filing to do to try and make it fit.finally it cracked and into the garbage they both went I still think they look great and I want to give it another shot at puting in a good pair.If I can fine a good pair.

Mine were relatively easy to install. I followed the directions here:

Clear Reflector Installation

Have someone help you, even a girlfriend, and it's not hard at all. File the edges a bit if they're too big, and lube them a little. Then have one person push down to compress the spring-clip which holds them in securely, and the other person pushes them into the bumper.

Hope that helps!

I agree. I also picked mine up from Turners, (40.00), and found the left dropped right in ok, right side had to trim several times & was a MAJOR PITA.. I did see a DIY (bmw330ci.com?) that mentioned after the fact that the DIY experience also found trimming needed.. Small crack at the top of it was the result so barely noticable, but wondering if it was worth it...

..who am I kidding, of course it was- looks great with clears, just be forewarned they are a hassle!

Talking clears

I bought mine from streetwize and cracked the first set....and the second set but I only cracked the very top of it, you can't even tell. They are a pain in the a$$ though. I had to file down both sides but it looks a lot better know. It was definitley worth it!!
