Converting to HID and Angel Eyes need advice

For all you experienced types out there, please give me your advice.

I have a 3004 325 CIC (cabrio) in Midnight Blue with the sports package. I bought it used and have had the dealer re-program the computer for daytime running lights. I am new to making these modifications, so "tell it like you are explaining it to a grade schooler".

I would like to convert to HID headlights (and possibly fogs) with appropriately matching Angel Eyes.

Since my car is Midnight Blue would 35W 6000K or 55W 8000K (or some other combination) look best?
Would I replace both lights (low and high beam)?
What Angel Eyes should I add? What about the new LED ones?
How can I keep the daytime headlight functionality (including the Angel Eyes)?
What other considerations do I need to consider?
Is this easy for a newbie to install or should I look for a professional? Know any in the Miami area who are good?

Thanks, in advance, for your help

Looks like you have the halogen headlights.

I would go with 35watt kit for your driving light. H7 6000k would match up perfectly to the angel eye. 55watt is way too strong considering you don't have a projector. You might want to put 55watt into your fogs instead. 35Watt is what normally what everyone got. Fitment socket for the fogs are 9006. The Angel eyes are rated near 6000k. Do either mod 1st. But you may want to disable the DDL when you pick up the Angel Eyes.

^ cost around 400 for 2 sets of HID and Angel eyes.

For an better upgrade...
Either pick up a OEM set of projector headlights and just swap out the bulb for a 6000k d2s bulb. HID fogs and DDE also for the full package.

^ cost about 950 for everything

Look on EAS website. They have everything for your lighting upgrades.

Might be a dumb question but can you use a 6000k d2s bulb or a H7 6000k bulb in the standard OEM halogen headlight unit?

if you get the P46's from khoa they're D2S. You cannot use 2s is ur stock halogen units. I don't recommend HID conversion kits in your stock halogens.

For the angel eyes, you will want to go with the Predator Chromiums for Facelift E46 Coupes and Convertibles. This is our CCFL based system (the LED is not available for the facelift) and is a complete kit that includes everything you need for the install. They are backed by our lifetime warranty and come in a standard 6000k to match a 6000k headlight and fog light setup.

The high beams are projectors, just not xenon (I understand that all 2004's had projector lights). Does that mean that I can just swap out the bulb in the high beam, replace the low beams and the fogs?

for 2004 cars, you only need an HID kit.
Ask about them if you want from us
