Questions: BMW Service and 6 speed tranny swap

Okay so here's one post for a few questions I have.

1. Bought a CPO 2005 BMW 325Ci. First day (night) i had it, check engine light came on. I was doing about 135 for like 10-15 minutes. I slowed down to about 75, light stayed on till I turned it off. Never saw it again.

Brought the car in, they said the computer didn't log any fault codes.

I call bullshit, I've heard and believe it's something they don't want to fix, but I want to know what other people have to say about this.

Also, oil light comes on after I turn the car off when the car is warm. They said they couldn't replicate it.

Again, oil level sensor they don't want to replace?

2. 6 speed tranny. I have that 5 speed manual in there, and I'd love to get a 6 speed in there. Anyone have any thoughts, suggestions? is my warranty screwed? What do i have to replace? $$$?

3. I would like to get Headers, intake, exhaust, software. How easy would it be to put it back to stock every time I have to bring it in for tune up/service?

4. Is the top speed in my car electronically limited? How do i get rid of that?

Thanks for the input, look forward to hear what you have to say!

2. All a 6 speed does is add another "cruising gear".
3. YEAH RIGHT!!! You wan't to take off and install headers everytime? Go with DINAN and it's not a problem.
4. Software removes it.

Your car should be electronically limited at 128mph

The dealer shouldn't mind fixing anything - they aren't paying the bill, bmw is. IF you still think they are jerking your chain, take it to a reputable indy dealer - if they are a certified bmw service center they can perform all warranty work.

you aren't going to want to take off and put on parts everytime your car needs servicing
