Help with projector lights!
So I bought DEPO p46's from DDM...and it seems my driver side (RIGHT side) is shinning less further than my passenger side (LEFT)...what do you guys think? Something faulty?

Twist the star-like knobs on the top of the lights until you get the desired level. When I got mine, they were aimed practically straight to the ground ![]() EDIT: Your car is RHD... that's normal. The driver's side should always be lower than the other side so it doesn't blind oncoming traffic.

I believe clockwise raises and counter lowers but go through some trial and error.

Ok I just adjusted the inner knob for the driver side...what do you guys think ? Is this how it should be? Should the most left side show more light?

If you fire each headlight alone you will see that the color of them is the same but when they are on at the same time the left overlaps the right and hides its color.

As far as the color is concerned they are fine.
But I was shocked by the awful light distribution produced by these projectors. Hot spots and lack of evenness and width. I guess I got spoiled since I have spend too many hours at hidplanet forums... ![]() It isn't your fault, just the projector design. |
