anyone have DIY file for oil change on sedan?

do u guys jack your car up and use a stand or just drive the car on a ramp?

You don't need to jack the car up that much... it's real easy to change the oil. Lift one side of the car up a couple inches and just reach up and undo the drainage plug afer removing the cover... it's simple. If I can do it... ANYONE can :tongue:

I use the hydraulic lift in my friends shop

I just did my oil change a few weeks ago...very easy.

That is the easy part. If you see the black cover in front of the engine and strutbar (A little to the right in the pic.). Behind the black tube and to the left of the generator and the airfilter. This is where the filter is located. Just unscrew it and pull up. Remember to change the O-rings.

And dont mind the small enging

which side of the car do you jack up? drivers or passengers?

Before anyone gets seriously hurt or even worse when crawling under your car, I'd strongly suggest you guys make sure your car is supported by jackstands especially if you are only using the jack that's been included inside the trunk.

is the axle stand ok??? how about if i just drive the car on the ramp???
