My Ride: 330xi
Need quick advice: 1995 325i

Hey guys - I originally posted this over in bimmerforums - but need to move quick on this!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I currently drive my dream of a car 2001 300xi - love it to death. So the wife of course comes around and wants a BMW as well. She stumbled on a 1995 325i - with only 44,000 miles on it.

I have to say I was "interested" - I saw the car tonight and I swear my jaw had to hit the floor. The car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The black paint is swirl free and has more gloss than most new cars. The engine is fully detailed - leather inside is "worn" but healthy if that makes sense. No rust - no scratches - mint. The car has been garaged most of its life - we live in the Northeast and its never seen a snow day.

I'm having my mechanic do a once-over tomorrow hopefully - and now here's the price part. NADA values the car at 7600, KBB - 6359, Edmunds - 5000. He wanted 7,000 - and I offered 6,500. He said he could come down to 6,800. Now I ask the E36 gurus what they think of this deal.

So key points - low mileage (44,000)
- MINT MINT condition
-ALL service records
-Clean Carfax
-Auto
-$6,800

Anything in particular I should have my mechanic look at?? Thanks a ton guys.
