Do these cars have coilovers or springs?

I need help, I'm wondering if the drop done to these two M3s are with springs or coilovers? If these were dropped with springs, what kind of springs are they? I want to drop my m3 exactly like how the ones in the pics are, and would like to know if I should get Eibach or H&R, seems to me though that H&R is the popular choice. If I get H&R springs, which should I get to have identical drop, while having the ride feel similar to stock? And lastly, do I need to get shocks for them? If so which kind?
