How can I remove rear bumper lower part cover?

Does anybody know how to remove rear bumper lower part cover without removing rear bumper itself?
I tried to lift it with trim pryer and pulled it by hand ,but could not lift any part of it....

On the Exhaust Side under the Trim, there should be some Retaining Pins. Pry Them off, then pull the Trim off.
