Blackout grill?

Anybody know how to do this or know where I can buy a front grill thats already blacked out?

Also has anyone seen how it looks on a steel grey 328i? I guess on anything steel grey really, but I have a 328i.

i found mine on ebay, someone usually has one.
and the install took about 3 minutes
you just push from the back and they pop out, then you put your new grill in.
