We started My Tran's M3 for the first time today on the new HPF stage 3 motor. This beast is now in the final break-in/tuning stage and we will be strapping it down on the dyno very shortly.
Here's a video of the first start, and some pictures of the build.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Nice setup...what's with the hip-hop rims, though? They look like 20s too.

I heard stg 3 is so fast that it will rip the chrome right off those wheels.
Great job HPF and congrats to the owner. Are you guys going to warn him that the extra rwhp will probably rip off the eyebrows too? LOL. I keed I keed.

![]() Hey Chris would you consider a big brake kit as part of stage 3...or offer/refer/install a kit? Forgive me if there is common knowledge I have missed... I ask because I don't trust the shops down here to do my brakes and also when i reach the stage 2 or 3 stage I will need to have it done anyway...just a thought..

Wow, put chrome wheels on your car & you get more sh!t than if you shot somebody. I like 'em! (But I like mine better.)

The stock brakes have really good stopping power for 3 or 4 big stops. After that the heat takes a toll and you start to lose braking power at a pretty good rate. |
