Yes, i had only 4 44mm festoons in my car, 2 for the courtesy lights, and 2 for OEM interior trunk lights. Anyway it's easy to check, they just pop out.

You're welcome, that's why we are here. Note on the pics : driver side is LED, and passenger side is Xenon Blue tinted halogen.

LED looks better for sure, thanks for posting. I think the bulb sizes posted are the same for my 01 325i. I'm just going to order them and try it out.

Another important NOTE :

DO NOT use these bulbs for rear license plate lights, they will throw out a bulb out warning on dash and flicker like crazy, unless you want to use resistors, wich i didn't want to do. The ones that worked for me are the JLeviSW V2 Licence Plate LEDs, bright as hell, no resistors needed, direct replacement.

It may e my car is tricky or teasing me

Also note that all my info, testing, and results are related to my EURO SPEC car, using an EURO LCM that may be different from US LCMs in voltage and resistance outputs.
