when my lights are on they flicker on and off whatg could that be

Are these xenon headlights? If so, you could have a bad bulb so try swapping the bulb from the non working side to the working side and vice versa. If not, it could be a ballast.

we need more info. is it both headlights? just one? when do they flicker? how often?

they flicker like every 3 sec it was funney last night cause i was behind a chp and it was doing that ****

as stated by sillieidiot. is it in both headlights? does it do it constantly every 3 seconds right from you turn it on? or when does it happen? if it happens in both headlights and both flickers at the exact same time then i doubt it's your bulbs. i would think it's an electrical problem.
