That's backwards. You should eat the better foods first because the nasty stuff might take up too much space in your stomach and thus you run the risk of getting full on nasty food and not being able to fully enjoy the good foods. But to each their own.

it would be self ownage to stuff up on reheated 3 day old cole slaw and over baked corn bread and then now be able to eat your top sirloin steak afterwads

but for me i tend to eat the nasty stuff WITH the good stuff, i take a bite of the nasty stuff and then immediately throw some good stuff down so it will mask the taste of the nasty stuff, makes it bearable

when i get a sandwich that is cut in half, i always eat the little half first, and then the big half. i dunno why, i trick myself into thinking i've ate more, i guess.
