Or do you keep these things because they end up being only worth 6K 10 years later?

A couple of window regulators.

273K miles as of today! I will send in a pic at 275K. He gets to rest more often now, since I take BART to work now. Radiator started to act up, so I may have some repairs to do before 300K!!!!

My Ride: 2005 330Ci
I bought the car with 42k on it. 05' 330ci
It needed the read LED left light replaced, condensation -warranty
Rear amplifier blown and replaced rear speakers (warranty)
Traction control computer went tits up after hitting a puddle -warranty
sunroof had a mind of its own- opened whenever, and would not close at times- warranty
Dealer replaced the bushing in the fromt end while it was at one service as well as the lower radiator hose. (service advisor is a good guy!)
Rear pass window would not open, broken wire at motor and the right front pass window switch was loose. fixed during the amplifier repair.
I managed to fu*k up the plastic bits under the car backing out of a high curb. replaced that myself $35.99 for the part on ebay.
No mechanical issues (knock on wood)
Rubbing sound very faint (or maybe Im crazy, the service guys could not hear it) looked everywhere but it all looks ok. My front right rim is slightly bent..I mean slight. No wheel hop or wobble.

The last thing was the cruise control light would not shut off and I could not select mpg,time/temp on the dash. Turns out to ne a problem in the cluster. They replaced the whole thing under warranty and gave me a new sterring wheel to boot.
So if this is the last of it. I'll be happy. I love the car but sad to say the Japanese got it right. I had a civic with 105k mi and replaced NOTHING! Well a battery but come on!
Would I buy BMW again? Yes. Im willing to deal with small issues for driving a luxury sports car that is an experience to drive.
I think they could be better though
Fast and the furious wanna-be's are always good for a laugh at the "Green light Grand Prix" .
