M3 brakes on non m?
What is required in this swap? Is it just the calipers and carriers? Thanks in advance.
Asking because I know a guy with an M3 who's going to move up to a big brake kit and I want to buy his brakes.

From what I read, also rotors and pads.. then you'll need to get the carriers machined for the correct offset for clearance.

^ that is correct, the carriers will need to be milled.
Also be careful in the rear, there are a few more parts to swap if you want your ebrake to work Not exactly sure what parts these are on an M3 swap, as most people just do the 330 upgrade.

I just was going to do the fronts if I did it. Even with 19''s I'll have clearance issues?

Just use the M3 wheels are a reference.. stock are 18's and I believe some people run 17's in the winter. Your 19's should not be an issue unless they are odd.

its not a clearance issue with the wheel. its the carrier which is a separate piece from the caliper.

If you referring to the milling of the carrier, I think you meant, clearance between the rotor and caliper.

I'm not familar with the M3 rotors. If they are the same as the BMW Motorsport rotors, then that means they are a few milimeters thicker than the non-M rotors. You need new carriers/brakets to relocate the rotor centerline to match the thicker M rotors.
