JL Audio Stealth box

Does anyone know of any place where I can order these online? Or does anyone have a shop near them in the USA that carries this item? And could ask them to send me an email and if I courd order them on the phone and send them my CC info. and have them ship these things to Japan. Online would be best.

Here in Japan they want about $1500 for the same thing I can get back home for about half.

Japan dam expesive..

I was thinking about buying these items:

JL Audio VR525-CSi 5.25-inch (130mm) 2-Way Component System VR525CSI ( Replacement of front factory OEM )

JL Audio BMW 3 series Stealthbox Model Name: SB-B-3SER99/8IB4 * see link
http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/3series2.html

JL Audio AMP 500/5.

I am not so good with Amps could you recommend another amp that is a little cheaper perhaps? Anyone!

That's exactly the same setup I have running - I wouldn't skimp on the 500/5 amp - its a great amp, and you're already going w/ JL audio for the rest of the system anyway.

Wiring: If you're running some sort of rear fill, then use the 25x2 channels for those, otherwise, use them to bi-amp the components. Hook up the 25x2 to the tweeters and the 100x2 to the woofers.

I work at a shop that's an authorized JL dealer. I can get you the amp, stealthbox, etc. but it wouldn't be very legal of us to just run your credit card number. Is there some other way you can pay? thanks

Re: I know this may have been addressed...

Not really, unless you have all the windows down and maybe the car door open.

The stealths fire INTO the cabin, as opposed to from inside the trunk. This is why its capable of sounding BETTER than a typical 8" sub application in a trunk. To the driver, this is great, but def. not the solution if your goal is simply to be a bass maniac to others around you.

Thanks. I guess what I'm asking is will it turn any heads from a few feet away with windows down. I've got a little one on the way and trunk space is kinda impotant now, but i do like a deep bassline. I'm not looking for a hellraiser, but I'd like people to know I'm there.

Yes, people will hear the bass if standing a few feet away, but they won't hear/feel the bass if sitting in their car behind you...

Honestly, its enough bass for my tastes.

Does anyone know of an online company that sells this and will ship overseas? Need some assistance here.

You might want to try Craig@StreetEffectz.com I know he sells them for a great price, but I'm not sure if he ships over seas.
