Help! Doing my window regulator but the window was not bolted down!
Hey everyone.
I have a buyer for my car who is coming in tomorrow and I told him I would fix both front regulators before the car is sold. I finished the detail tonight and pulled the car into the garage to begin working on the regulators. I started on the passenger side and everything came off really easy, it looks like it has been done before on this side so that made it even easier. When I got to the step of removing the bolts in the window there was a problem. I did not have to remove the window bolts and the red clip and the bolt remained attached to the window. I moved the window up and one of the bolts was laying on the bottom of the door well. the other one I undid from the plastic clip. Well I finished fixing my regulator and now have no idea how to put this back together. I am assuming this might be part of the problem of why it did not work. Can anyone help! Steve

the 2 red bolt should be attached to the window. the function of these 2 red bolts is to hold the window. If that si the one fell, you need to re-attached it to the window.
