i think its a o2 sensor problem?

so i have a 01 330ci... car has 100k on it but runs awesome.. except for the check engine light being on and sometimes when the car is in neutral, the revs will drop and rise back to normal and its just all ruff n nasty lol.... think its the o2 sensor... maf sensor??? doesnt happen all the tieme but does happen... sometimes provoked if i turn the a/c on

plug in the scanner and see if there any error code.
