DIY FOOD THREAD... 1 POUND COWBOY RIBEYE... Lemme see yaaaaa!!!!

Well here is my contribution to the DIY food threads..

On the menu we have a beautiful 1 pound ribeye, bone-in, aka cowboy ribeye.. along with some lame broccoli and corn....

Here is the main event, in its untouched state, ready to be babied..
Let sit out for 10-15 minutes..

Of course each meal prep needs a beverage.. Strongbow FTW on this night

The steaks best friends, you should get to know them as well.. EVOO on first..

All oiled up and seasoned.. He's ready for war..

First touch..

First flip.. total cook time 11 minutes..

Quasi scenester coming over tonight.. .. Hopefully no wet dream..

Laid on his tin foil.. Ready for the resting fort to be built..

Resting fort in full effect.. I let it sit for 5 minutes this time

The sides, quick, easy, perfect portion and decent..

The unveiling..

Plated..

Perfection..

its pretty much letting the steak rest.. all the fibers and everything relax and the juices set in place.. so its a bit more tender, and juice doesnt cover the plate when you cut into it.. putting it in tinfoil keeps its temp relative
