About that food forum?
1.4 pounds of Bone-in Rib Steak.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() seared for 2 minutes, turned, seared 2 minutes...flipped and repeated... then heat turned off, lid closed and baked for 10 minutes...cooked to a perfect medium rare....kosher salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder...

They dont like making new mods for the sub OT forums. They just appoint one of the existing ones.
Besides, what the hell do you need to moderate? The amount of salt on a steak?

Yum Yumm.
I was not interested in a food forum until I started seeing all this food on here a couple of weeks ago. I have even tried 2 of the ideas successfully...! How come they do not start a food forum...is it space limitation ? or what....? Maybe we should start a thread with a food forum poll and question whether anyone would visit it. And what I would suggest is a specific thread dedicated to ..steaks, ribs, chili...etc.....just an idea. |

is it possible to buy a ribeye roast and cut your own ribeye steaks at home or are the bones in way and make it impossible with home cutleries?? the reason i ask is because ribeye roasts are generally a few dollars per pound less expensive.
