moar food pr0n - mac n Cheese
1 pound of pasta...today tri-color rotini.
3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 1/2 cup half n half colby jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzerella. 2 slices of bread, a little olive oil, garlic powder. boil pasta in salted water...   while pasta is cooking, melt butter in saucier(sauce pan)   add flour and stir...  till smooth  add milk and raise heat, keep stirring till thicker.  add cheese, a little of everything, and stir till it melts.  place in a buttered casserole dish, add cooked pasta, stir in cheese sauce, top with blended or food processed slices of bread, seasoned with pepper, garlic powder, add a little olive oil...and add some more cheese. bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.  some are more impatient to try it than others...    serve with your choice of sides, mine was crescent rolls and salad.  enjoy.
