Nice, glad to see you're getting it together! Are you sure this is going to get done before the winter? It snowed in PA today

Awesome thread, glad I stumbled upon it as I am in the process of taking my semi-sorted E46 M3 TT/track car to the next level.....w2w racing.

BTW James, I notice you use a Recaro seat......your thoughts on a RaceTech vs. Recaro seat? Is it a sponsorship issue or a safety issue?

I presently have Recaro SPG, looking to get a new SPG Racer but have been told the RaceTech 4009 exceeds the Recaro in safety testing.

Thanks.......and BTW your BW guys were more than helpful when I had a crank vibration dampener issue at Sebring last January.

Almost forgot, is the cage CroMo or MS?

In this case, the customer provided Recaro. I prefer the Racetech and that is what we would typically recommend/sell here. They also have more sizing options so generally the fit is better.

Mild steel cage. For the use this car will see that is plenty. I would typically go CroMo on a pro car that will be beaten to death.

Thanks - gla dwe could help!
