Help with identifying engine noises

So I have these two different noises coming from my car. The first is a buzzing noise when I turn the key to the first position. As soon as I turn the key the noise starts, it started doing this about a year ago. Once the key is turn off the buzzing continues for a few seconds and then stops.

video:

The second noise is all the sqealing and whistling I get when the car is started. I have replaced the intake elbow part behind the MAF but the sound continues. Anyone know where it's coming from? Serpentine belt (replaced about a year ago).

No CEL's ever, Peake reader only gives one error, the cappilary leak (gas tank)
The car has been running in what feels like a limp mode for a number of months, so I'm trying to track down the culprit.

It makes the noise anytime I start up, but I'd say it's worse on a cold start. The whistling noise continues anytime I'm driving.

On the second noise (squealing), I'm going to have to say a combination of a bad bearing in one or more of your pulleys and possibly the tensioner needs to be adjusted/replaced.
