Announcement: Beltronics Pro GX65 GPS Radar Detector

went out to the mail today and found a "preferred customer only" card for a beltronics gx65 pro from beltronics. it hasnt made it to their website yet but ill give you guys some basics: you can download speed camera updates from the internet and put them on the detector via usb.

variable speed sensitivity: realtime protection based on speed. also wont scare the balls out of you based on your speed (stuck in traffic and you get a full signal will scare the shitz out of you, but based on your speed it can adjust how loud/urgent the alert should be). will also vary radar sensitivity based on speed
Speedcheck: visual of vehicle speed
Alertlock: eliminate known false alarms
mark location: mark a location..

still has the same ability to vary how the radar signals are displayed with the easy interface (which i love)

it sounds alot like the escort, but it defnitely looks better/smaller with lighted keys and a normal body. i may hold off on the V1 until i hear reviews about this, and i want to see if they can beat out escort in the "alert lock" problems the 9500 has been having

intro price for preferred customers at 469.99
they also came out with a new laser shifter that can interface with it

ok guys, we just got the first one in the store. at cost it is 370.14. and it looks badass.

well i love my RX-75 plus, check it out on Beltronics.com, I am about to buy another one for my Mom's Boxter. It's only 550 for me. Actually, come to think of it, i get all beltronics 50% off...yeah for me.
