Question ne1 have pics of LCD on a stalk?

I'm leaning towards a stand alone LCD screen on a stalk stick in the passanger well, curious if anyone has done this and if it looks ok

On a stalk stick? You mean like some sort of a mount like the old cd players used to have? Hmm I would suggest against it really - I dont think it would look that good. What is your intention for doing this? If it were me I would just go to a nice flipout from the console.

how would you do that?

I have a Business radio with HK, which makes it very expensive to replace the HU (have to gut entire car). I posted a message below about it, I'm definitely open to any advice you may have.

I had the business radio with HK and I installed the pioneer P7400DVD (i think thats the right number). Everything else is stock except for upgraded (from the factory 8"s) subwoofers. It sounds good. I agree with above, go for the fold out.

how did you handle the crossover issues? My installer says it can't be done. Can you please point me to a DIY or info on how I can integrate a custom HU into HK?

I suggest you take it to a different installer because my installer did it. Personally I have no idea how they did it. I just know that it works :-P
