i wanna give my stock HK subs more power!

i like my HK system in my m3, but i want a little more bass with the stock subs, so i was thinking about replacing the stock amp with a more powerful one. how many watts does a stock hk amp have, what would be a good replacement amp, how much do they run for, and do you think it will improve my sound system, how so. thanx alot in advance guys, i know these questions are kinda dumb, but i need help. thanx

you might want to get a separate amp & sub(s) for your trunk and tap in the signal.

Get an aftermarket sub and amp for best SQ and use a converter to tap into the rear speakers. You can get an ID v.3 ten and a jl 250/1 to power it for around 400 total. If you want even better sound get a deck.
