I like the look of the painted projector housing (grey circle) better....like a body color match.

First that's not really smart especially for night time driving. You're not going to see anything once driving. Second it'll get you pulled over within the first 10 minutes of driving with those lights on, GUARANTEED. Your best bet is to stick with the regular P46's for your car and get that set up.

Its just for looks, its an LED "parking light" inside if you want to call it that. They operate normally as lights too.

They have this mod on the new G37s, the housing is easily modified with a red/blue/green/orange LED.
We've done this for a few customers already. It's relatively easy as long as you don't have to run a separate switch for it.

Otherwise, if anyone wants their P46s to have this custom feature, we'd be happy to discuss your options.

Not only will you get the brightest headlights but you'll also get the coolest

... ok i could tell those arent the regular headlights, i know u cant light the road with led's

nice job promoting your p46's though. i already have projectors.

Do you have experience disassembling the lights?

These E46 projectors - both OE and non-OE are some of the easiest to disassemble out there. If you need any assistance with this, email us, David here is the best at this stuff and can give you some pointers if you plan on doing it and doing this type of mod.

Very easy...well, not really.
The LED bulbs we sell have a metal casing around the LED itself, but the back of it is plastic.

it should work.
