$183/month full coverage from State Farm. I'm 20 with an at fault accident that isn't on my record (yet? It happened a year ago).

I branched off from being on my parents' plan for a while. Somehow they gave me such a good deal - I got quoted consistently above $350/month on my own with a fresh new account

you off for alot of money. Just tell people you don't have insurance, and see how quick they will get out of your way.

Bimmer is gone, but I pay $53 a month for my other car.

23 y/o (24 in a couple months) with some points and an accident my friend caused driving my car thats about to come off. thats 100/100/300 full coverage on a 2002 530i. My father pays 150/mo liability only on his 01 530i, so i guess this isnt too bad...hes 60 with a ton of points lol.

$1050 every 6 months for full coverage with Mercury.

That is with 2 speeding tickets(one removed with traffic school), no left turn ticket, my explorer was hit & run(entire door replaced and respray entire car, $3500 in damages), and with a stolen/stripped audi a4(total loss). So on my record i have 2 tickets, 2 claims, and im 20 Years old.

I feel lucky to pay as little as i do wth all the sh*t ive been through...The stolen audi JACKED my rates up big time though

+1000. I remember a couple of years back when I had 3 speeding tickets within 1 month, my insurance skyrocketted to $2500/six month with Geico. I couldn't find any insurance that I could afford. Sure enough, Mercury was there for me. They had the lowest quote with same coverage. Recently, I had a DUI and my premium only went up by approx. 20% (which is not bad -- most insurance can go up as much as 50%). Currently paying $850/six month for 2 cars full coverage with $100,000/$300,000 per accident coverage and $500 deductible.

its new york, nothings cheap. Although I wish it was less...most of my friends are still under their parents insurance policies, lucky bastids. Only reason I am looking forward to turning 25 next year.
