issues with led tails

hi guys, i love my new smoked led tails but have been having a couple of problems with them, just wondering if anyone else has aswell:

when i turn on the ignition, both tails will give a bulb out warning.
the one on the left will only go out when i indicate left (it flashes furiously for about 3 seconds then it will slow down to normal speed and the 'bulb out' light goes off).
but the right side only goes off when I actually turn the lights itself on (head and tail lights).

but any ideas? ive checked the connections and they seem fine. and both tail lights are playing up in different ways

Who did you buy them from?

picked it up from an online seller in the UK. After checking connections yesterday, the right side has cleared up this morning.
the left is showing a blown bulb, to make it go away I have to indicate left, itl flash fast for about 3 seconds, then slow down to normal and the warning lamp will go off.
Im gonna check the wires again, I have a feeling they touch something when I close up the back plate inside the boot.
