I have just bought angel eye remote wiring kit Loom from CA Auto-Tech
http://www.ca-automotive.co.uk/singl...wX2lkPTg=.html im going to attempt it so i have attached the pics of the kit but not sure on exactly where all the wires are supposed to go?!! i know there are numerous threads on this but they all seem to be for the umnitza one and also i dont feel they are quite clear cut enough so here are my questions... in the 2nd pic u can see 2 black boxes which i assum are th resistor and where u put a fuse. however from the biggest black box it has 5 wires in total coming from it: - thick red one which directly links to the smaller black box that a fuse needs inserting in. - a thin brown one which has a spade type bullet on the end of it...where does that go into? - 2 thick black wire covers each containing 2 thin wires one of which one is red and other brown each with bullet type connector, which i assume feed directly into the angel eyes invertors... is this correct? - one of the thick black covers also has a thin red wire, which has a spade type bullet on the end of it...where does that go into? - the last wire is a thickish black one that has a round ring on it... i assume this needs to be linked to the battery...is this correct the second smaller black box for which a fuse is required has a thick red wire that has a round ring on it... again i assume this needs to be linked to the battery...is this correct? any advice appreciated?!!

Search for an install DIY on here and you will find a TON of stuff. The wiring harness wires up so that the positive and negative wires connect to the battery terminals. The remote wire is the skinny red wire with the spade connector end that feeds through the grommet in the passenger side drug bin through the firewall into the glove box to tap into the interior lighting wiring from the footwell. The longest wire feeds across the engine with the rest of the wires in the engine bay in that loom across to the drivers side and the shorter wire connected to it feeds into the ECU compartment to tap into the RED AND WHITE STRIPED WIRE WITH YELLOW DOTS (accessory wire) so that the angel eyes will be on whenever the car is on via the position 2 or on position in the ignition. The other wire feeds to the passenger side angel eyes.

^ My father's 330 does this. His doesn't beep either (aka no factory alarm). I'm guessing that only happens if the factory alarm is installed on the car.

Yes that's a programmable option to have the lights flash when locked/unlocked.

Another problem i may encounter is that by connecting to the footwell light does this mean that when installed, the fade in /out feature will only work on unlock as that is when the interior lights come on??
As the indicators only flash when im locking and the interior lights do not come on! Another thing is the interior lights come on when u open any door does this mean the angel eyes will come on evry time u open the door?!!! Finally in 4c of the setup process where it states 'Route the red trigger wire into the ECU box and connect the end to the blue wire tap' what happens if u leave the red trigger alone and do not attach to anything as i do not want the angel yes to be on all the time the car is running??

now my interior lights are not working at all!! WHY??
i hooked up the cables to the battery and the brown trigger wire to the footwell light by connecting to the blue wire and NOT the brown as advised on the forum. as to connecting the brown wire and red wires (in the harnesses) to the angel eyes, what colour goes to which as the original wiring for the sidelights have two wires of which one is brown and the other is multicoloured... so should the brown go with brown and the red with the multicolured?? need help urgently!!

Thanks for helping me out.
I have attached some actual pics of how far i have got with installing the angel eye remote feature. The 'angel eye 1' is a pic of the whole kit. The pic 'wire connection to angel eyes' is where i asked you previously about which wire from the kit joins which of the two wire on the angel eyes. The 'trigger wires' pic just illustrates that i have sent the brown trigger wire through to the footwell light and the red trigger wire is loose. The 'footwell connection' pic shows that i spliced the blue wire and Not THE brown one. The 'ground connections' pic basically shows where i have connected to the positive and negative to the battery, etc. As things stand my interior lights are not working and not sure where to go from here... I hope u can help and if u need any other info just ask. Thanks
