I want to get my csl rep trunk painted (leaving some CF exposed on the top of it. Can someone recommend a good place to get it painted? Plaza wants 290 but they do warranty their painting. I was going to call adrenaline to get a price also? Thanks

edit: and heres a picture of my csl front bumper I got on yesterday! Ill work on the fit a little more when I get time.

Call Bills Body Shop. Ask for Randy. Let him know I sent you and give him the price quote plaza gave you. I'm sure he'll give you a better deal. I also have a $10 coupon I can give you. They warrant their paint job for 4 years, and you get a certificate for it. (636) 441-7191

Alright guys - Just wanted to share the good news! Got my car back today after getting the thermostat and belts (AC+serpentine) replaced. The temp gauge was a little crazy and heater didn't work at first but after a few miles it stabilized and the heater started to work again. I may need to check the system for air but its all good. The car warms up a lot faster too.

I also got the bad o2 sensor replaced. Hopefully this will eliminate the cel I had. So far so good. 3 sensors checked ready - I guess two are on their way.

Meyle control arms and powerflex CABs were also installed. Steering is definitely tighter, but not significantly. I guess it was too loose to begin with, but still a good upgrade.

Does anyone have a radar detector I can borrow? I'll be driving down to 4ngiefest this weekend and may need the help.

I took them off sunday and put the 19s on. 4ngie fest is once a year... we started planning a month ago, but we are headed down there this weekend.

Pat, how hard was it to do teh FCAB? im considering doing the bushing's but not the control arms. Will that still work? or do I have to do the CA's also?

The magic dragon street meet car show is coming up soon! Its held down here at Lake of the Ozarks Mo. It would be cool to get a meet together, and go to the show. Me and my car club will be in the show, and for our classes you have a chance at placing! Its MAY 1st-3rd, I may be able to get somewhere for you guys to stay for free, Ill look into that more. It would be cool to get us mid west guys together It dosnt happen to often.

zomg...car problems and computer problems abounded...

turned out that I had a brake line about to leak (right rear). Never knew it until they went to put my new wheels on and asked if my pedal had gotten spongy, and they showed me a giant aneurysm in the line. So a hundred dollars later and I had four new wheels on my car.

but did finally get the OZs put on, I'll get pics up when I can. and got the gf's birthday present in time, so that was a plus for me. And WTF is it snowing in april?

and zomg bridget the midget was a big louie's this weekend. very.... creepy show

RXP rider - CABs are easy... I actually had a shop do it... it was just faster that way... You don't need to go full CA but if you are downthere... might as well get it all done...
