I don't know why people always complain? must be the dealers in the usa suck.

you don't own the car and you don't pay for repairs

Myself if it is something I can handle, like brakes, oil, tune up, A/C recharge.
Indy show for something more complex like control arms, springs.
Dealer if it was included in the maintenace timeframe.
