i just got a CAnon rebelxsi(EF-s 18-55ISkit) and was wondering what lense i should get? i mean like whats the best one for shooting cars, and stuff like that? i also have an "efs55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS) image stabilizer. anyhelp?

Here's what lens to buy...

But really, it depends on the kind of shots you want to take. If you want shots like southpaw's kind of shots, get a wide angle lens. There are a few options for that. Canon 10-22, Tokina 11-16, etc. But these two lenses are different. Make sure you understand what f/4 and f/1.8 means, and which is better for certain situations.

The 18-55 IS is quite decent, and is pretty wide for most uses. The 55-250 is something I wanted to get, as it has more range then my 28-135.

But if you want a cheap but good lens, look for the Canon 50mm f/1.8. New it's about $90, and you can find it used on ebay for around $70 or so. One of the best low light lenses. No zoom.

^ yes Brandon(southpaw) recommended me to get a Canon 10-22..but that **** goes for 700-900 lol.. So i might as well, just keep mine and get better at it rite?

BTW... I HATE ALL OF U FROM THE MEET.

i had a sickkkkk vid of a burnout killing my tires drifting in that lot, and after every 180 or drift all you saw in the rear bumper was FAIL.

had to delete the video. im pissed.

lmao no i made them delete it cus it was so embarassing. as soon as it'd whip around and say fail, my lack of LSD made one tire spin and it was total failure.

i hate having a 325 sometimes
