FEELER: 2008 M5 Lease Takeover $850/Month
Hello,
I am throwing this out there as a very serious feeler. I am toying with the idea of picking up an E46 M3 and getting rid of my monthly payment on this M5. I would be open to trades on an E46 M3 plus cash minus the down payment on this car. Lease transfer fee (to be paid for by buyer) is $500 through BMW Financial. $400 of it is refundable if the buyer is not approved by their credit department. Here are the details. Current mileage: 7268 miles (Daily driver so will change a few miles per day) Lease end: 12/10/2010 Miles per year: 10k (Lease started at 650 miles so lease turn in is 20650) Monthly Payment: $850 including tax in the state of PA outside the city (Not sure how much the base payment is to let you know what it would cost in another state but can find out) Down Payment: $3500 OBO VIN: WBSNB93538CX08953 Specs: -Space Gray Metallic -Black Merino Extended Leather $3,500 -6-Speed Manual Transmission N/C -Heated Steering Wheel $250 -Multi-Function Seats W/Lumbar $1900 -Power Rear Sunshade $575 -IPOD/USB Adapter $400 -Satellite Radio $595 (Just activated the 1 year paid subscription from BMW so expires 7-25-2010) -Enhanced Premium Sound $700 -Destination Charge $775 -Gas Guzzler Tax $3000 Total MSRP $94,545 The car has never been in any accidents. Never smoked in or eaten in. NO the RECARO car kid seat does not come with the car. And my kid does NOT get to eat or drink in my car. I have zaino'd the car religiously and the paint is in great shape. Interior is in great shape also and has had zaino "leather in a bottle" applied 5 times in the last 8 months. I am a detail nut and keep the car clean at all times. 1200 mile service was performance at BMW of the Main Line. I have original window sticker and all maintenance receipts and manuals and both keys as well as valet key. Aftermarket Mods: The car currently has H&R springs that were installed by BMW of The Main Line and an alignment was performed there as well. I have the stock springs and will be passed on to the new owner. EDC is still working perfectly with NO fault codes. Also installed is an RPI exhaust that will require an additional $1000 up front to keep on the car otherwise I will return the car to the OEM setup before delivery. The OEM muffler will come with the car also if the buyer choses to purchase the RPI exhaust. Also the car has the RPI scoops and blockoff plates and BMC airfilters that will come with the car. OEM filters will come with the car as well. Block off plates have not been installed. All parts were installed April of 2009. The car also has 25% ceramic tints on all window except front windsheild and sunroof.
