WTB: E46 Coupe 2002-2003, under 65k miles

Ok I need more eyes out there looking in more places to help me find my ride!
My loan is approved all I have to do is find the car and make a deal. If the car price is right for "the right car" I'll have it shipped so location is no worry (check clearing with all banks 1st, this isn't a Nigerian email scam or anything

I am looking for a 330ci only $10k-$12k.
>Can't do a M3 because it's a manual. Which is not conducive to my
1 1/2 hour rush hour traffic when I rarely have to deal with it.
>Needs to be an Automatic
>Under 65,000 miles because I run up 25k a year anyway!!!
>No wrecks, non smokers
>Sport Pckg a must!, Prem Pckg also wanted

1st preference Steel Grey (inclined to wait for one)w/black int 1st or grey 2nd
Like This Guy's

2nd preference Alpine White w/ tan int 1st or grey 2nd

3rd preference Black w/black
*this would be my 10th black car so really trying to switch it up a bit

get an smg m3... its clutchless so no problem in the traffic!
