rough idle, smell fuel
This morning I noticed my 2000 323i with an active autowerke supercharger was feeling a little hesitant. I drive it for about 15 miles. then about an hour later I went to drive it again and the idle was around 500 and really rough and I can smell fuel. It seems really rough on the idle and when 1st take off then the car runs ok. I have 176,000 mile.

Well, I figured out that the hose clamp that holds the blower to the intake had came loose and the air was leaking. All good now

MY 323i is supercharged, so the hose clamp was where the intake off the manifold connects the hose to the blower. Its basically right where my air filter used to be now it is a metal connector from the super charger. Sorry Bro, good luck with your ride.
